Service Manager Wage: $100k-130k / year

Description
The Service Manager will be responsible for the client relations along with small projects and repairs of the Service department.

Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

· Participate and schedule face to face meetings with all customer base with appropriate intervals

· Quote proposals and negotiate contracts with customers using an established process

· Meet with client to ensure that they are satisfied with services and project delivery objectives

· Prepare and present technical project and repair proposals

· Manage small service projects that reflect are like/like replacements and repairs

· Assist sales manager in development of future sales opportunities

· Build rapport with all service accounts; explaining Apollo service capabilities; overcoming objections; managing contracts for scope, costs, and revenues.

· Promote and sell the company’s capabilities to all existing and new clients.

· Review costs and profit margins on PMA’s, projects, and repairs to manage profitability goals for each client

· Review and negotiate all PM agreements for annual pricing increases

· Research for potential service enhancements or modifications to meet ever-changing needs of customer base

· Assemble estimates, budgets, and proposals for service-related projects

· Ensure the highest quality of customer & field staff relationships

· Support sales team with customer leads and direction

· Coordinate with dispatch to schedule HVAC, Plumbing, and Control Technicians.

· Cultivate new clients

Skills and Qualifications:

· Background in sales

· Commercial HVAC/R and Hydronic background preferred

· Self-driven, motivated individual, entrepreneurial mentality
