What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced technical oversight across complex tax engagements
- Guide engagement strategy, review approach, and quality standards
- Mentor and develop Managers and emerging leaders
- Strengthen firm best practices, documentation, and consistency
- Support firm leadership with practice needs
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of progressive tax experience
- Advanced technical expertise and judgment
- Proven people development experience
- CPA strongly preferred
