We are seeking professional, guest-focused Hotel Security Officers to support a hospitality property in the Denver Tech Center area. In this role, you will combine traditional security responsibilities with high-quality customer service and hospitality, ensuring overnight safety while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and security-focused presence
• Conduct routine patrols of guest floors, common areas, back-of-house spaces, parking garage, and exterior grounds
• Secure exterior and restricted access doors after hours
• Assist guests and hotel staff with lockouts, escorts, and minor requests
• Monitor for unauthorized persons or suspicious activity
• Support emergency response procedures as needed
• Enforce property rules and overnight policies respectfully and professionally
• Communicate effectively with site leadership regarding incidents or concerns
• Complete required reports accurately and on time

Reporting Requirements

• Complete a Daily Activity Report (DAR) each shift
• Submit Incident Reports for any safety, security, or emergency issues
• Follow escalation procedures, including coordination with first responders and management when required

Qualifications

• Must hold appropriate security licensing in Denver, CO
• Prior experience in hotel, law enforcement or customer-facing security preferred
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and conflict-de-escalation abilities
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional overnight
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
