Position Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR department and RMC leadership team in support of the company mission. This role assists with day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, onboarding, payroll support, Learning Management System, compliance, HR processes.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (new hire setup, orientation coordination, exit documentation)
  • Support day to day Human Resource Operations
  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP
  • Full cycle payroll processing 
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Coordinate HR communications, meetings, and training sessions
  • Full cycle recruitment activities to include job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and preparing offer materials
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Schedule interviews, meetings on behalf of HR Director, hiring managers and Chief Operating Officer
     
     

ADP-Specific Responsibilities

  • Review and audit timekeeping entries in ADP Workforce Now 
  • Point of contact for payroll processing, including reviewing pending approvals and resolving discrepancies
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports from ADP as needed
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ADP system
     
     

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS system preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
