Summary of Position:
Location: Denver, CO (In-Office Role)
Reporting to the HCM Systems Manager, the HCM Support Manager is responsible for overseeing daily Oracle HCM support needs. This management position will oversee the HCM Support team, ensuring resolutions of issues brought by the applicant, contractor, and employee in a timely manner. The HCM Support Manager will additionally assist in process improvement, reporting, and special projects resulting from day-to-day tasks.
This position is based in our Denver, Colorado corporate office and requires regular in-office presence. Remote work is not available for this role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years HCM Oracle experience with HCM Recruiting, Core, Time & Labor, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with Jira Service Projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to identify how new systems/processes will impact the business and the employee base.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages, trains, and grows HCM Support Team.
- Manages HCMHelp Desk within Jira.
- Submits and monitors Service Requests with Oracle Support for HCM issues.
- Appropriately escalates issues and projects based on daily tasks and relation to system business.
- Oversees Oracle Quarterly Update Testing in respect to Oracle HCM.
- Reviews quarterly release notes to identify new functionality to test and deploy, as well as target for quarterly regression testing.
- Communicates downstream change impacts to business users in support of change management and risk mitigation.
- Identifies areas for improvement in HCM System.
- Responsible for the successful configuration, development and continuous delivery and support of Oracle Recruiting, Core, Time & Labor, Absence and Payroll modules, in addition to deployment of new modules.
- Manages HCM application and enhancement projects, working with the business users.
- Sets goals, monitors performance, and provides regular coaching and thoughtful feedback and mentoring to HCM Support Team members.
- Regularly leads meetings and resolves priority issues with business users.

Salary:
$100,000/YR - $140,000/YR
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
