The Sr. Director, Data Management leads our data strategy and oversees data management functions. Theychampiondataquality,security,andaccessibilityacrossourVillage.Asakeyleader,theymanagea team of data professionals and collaborate with IT, clinical, operational, and business teammates to support data-driven decision-making, regulatory compliance, and innovation in healthcare delivery and business operations.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•     Developandexecutethedatamanagementstrategyinalignmentwithorganizationalgoals and regulatory requirements.

•     Leaddatamanagementprogramstoensuredataintegrity,consistency,andqualityacross systems and business units.

•     Overseedelivery of innovative data management solutions for customers across Enterprise.

•     Manageamulti-functionalteamofdataprofessionals,fosteringahigh-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture.

•     Collaboratewithanalytics,clinicalinformatics, data platforms, businessintelligence,andAI/MLteamsto enableadvancedanalyticsandinsightsforimprovedpatientcare,operationalefficiency, and business outcomes.

•     Ensurecompliancewithhealthcaredataprivacyandsecurityregulations(e.g.,HIPAA, HITECH) and internal security policies.

•     Championdatamodernizationandadoptionofemergingdatatechnologies,includingAI initiatives.

•     Developandmanagebudgets,forecasts,andresourceallocationfortheData Management function.

•     Defineandtrackkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)tomeasuredataquality,availability, security, and team performance.

•     Engagewithstakeholderstoidentifydataneedsandprioritizestrategicinitiatives.

Qualifications

•     Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,DataScience,orarelated field; Master’s degree preferred.

•     12+yearsofprogressiveexperienceindatamanagement,dataarchitecture,ordata solutions delivery
