  • Deliver impactful enablementĀ programmesĀ that support onboarding, continuousĀ learningĀ and partner lifecycle successĀ 

  • Design engaging content including playbooks, learning paths,Ā certificationsĀ and job aidsĀ 

  • Facilitate dynamic learning experiences through virtual sessions and scalable learning formatsĀ 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders toĀ identifyĀ performance needs and translate them into meaningful training solutionsĀ 

  • Support measurement ofĀ programmeĀ success by tracking engagement,Ā adoptionĀ and performance outcomesĀ 

  • Contribute to enablement initiatives tied to product launches and go-to-market strategiesĀ 

  • Align messaging and tools across teams to ensure consistent and effective deliveryĀ 

  • Continuously evolveĀ programmesĀ based on feedback,Ā insightsĀ and emerging prioritiesĀ

  • Proven experience in enablement, partner success, customerĀ successĀ or a related fieldĀ 

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured learning and trainingĀ programmesĀ 

  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesĀ 

  • Understanding of partner or customer lifecycle concepts such as adoption and retentionĀ 

  • Familiarity with enablement technologies such as LMS, CRM or content platformsĀ 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentĀ 

  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to supportĀ programmeĀ measurement and improvementĀ 

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsĀ 

  • Comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environmentsĀ
