ā WhatĀ WeāreĀ Looking ForĀ
Proven experience in enablement, partner success, customerĀ successĀ or a related fieldĀ
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured learning and trainingĀ programmesĀ
Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiencesĀ
Understanding of partner or customer lifecycle concepts such as adoption and retentionĀ
Familiarity with enablement technologies such as LMS, CRM or content platformsĀ
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentĀ
Data-aware mindset with the ability to supportĀ programmeĀ measurement and improvementĀ
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teamsĀ
Comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environmentsĀ
