The Sr Manager of Learning Measurement & Analytics will be an integral member of DaVita’s Learning & Development Center of Excellence (CoE), a key component of our evolving Wisdom department and learning strategy which serves 65,000 teammates across the global DaVita Village. The Sr Manager will work collaboratively with business leaders, learning professionals, and the People Analytics team to identify the best learning measurement approaches to ensure program efficacy and impact on business outcomes. The Sr Manager will provide learning measurement & analytics consultation and support for a range of new and existing learning programs and experiences that leverage various learning modalities (including self-directed, instructor-led, and social learning).  

This position may or may not have direct reports.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Define and execute overall learning measurement strategy to measure impact of Village learning efforts and inform specific metrics captured as part of each learning program 
  • Provide consultation, guidance and support to program owners on standards, methods, and best practices for capturing and analyzing learning & business data 
  • Develop standardized processes and manage the tools for capturing, reporting, and analyzing both program-level and aggregate data 
  • Partner with teammates across the Village to centralize the request and cadence for business metrics to supplement learning data 
  • Communicate learning measurement and program evaluation findings and recommendations to stakeholders and assist stakeholder understanding of underlying data  
  • Other duties as assigned.
