Geriatric Medicine Associates
Geriatric Nurse Practitioner-Lakewood/Westminster Co
The Practice:聽Independent group practice of 13聽 physicians and one geriatric nurse practitioner seeks a geriatric nurse practitioner to join our established outpatient geriatric clinic. The position聽will split the practice days between our Lakewood聽and Westminster offices. This position offers competitive salary and benefits. No call obligations. Epic EMR. Great work environment.

The Position:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Performs a comprehensive patient health assessment, including health history, annual wellness visits
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Orders, administers and analyzes diagnostic tests.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Performs advanced technical procedures.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Establishes systematic follow-up for evaluation of the plan of care and reassesses and modifies the plan, as necessary, including initiation of referrals and consultation with physicians and other health care providers as appropriate.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintains accurate, legible and confidential records.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Trains patients and families on managing illnesses or injuries and disease prevention.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develops and maintains a good working relationship with the healthcare team.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Possess current, valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Colorado Board of Nursing from the Colorado Medical Board
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Valid Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification
Job Schedule:聽Full time
Workdays:聽4 days a week.
Salary Range:聽95-132k
