Job DetailsJob Location: Denver - Denver, CO 80222Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 HourlyPart-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | Home Health AMI Wellness is seeking an experienced, dependable CNA to provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes during overnight shifts. Regular Schedule Thursday Night Friday Night Saturday Night Additional weekday night shifts may be available if you're looking for extra hours. Pay Weekday Night Shifts: $26.00/hour Weekend Shifts: $27.00/hour Mileage reimbursement is provided for qualifying travel. What You'll Do Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Monitor and report changes in patient condition. Document care accurately and promptly. Build trusting relationships with patients and families. What We're Looking For Current Colorado CNA certification. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between patient homes. Dependable attendance and strong communication skills. Previous home health or private-duty experience is a plus. Because our patients thrive on routine, we work hard to keep caregivers assigned to the same patients on a consistent weekly schedule whenever possible.
