Job Description

The Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to our high-end residents and their guests. This position will report to the Hospitality Director and be responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring the highest level of security and privacy.

 

Location: Balfour Central Park | 2979 Uinta St, Denver, CO 80238

Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday–Sunday, with Saturday & Sunday preferred/needed

Compensation: $19.50-$20.50/hour (depending on experience)

 

Additional Info: Flexible shift lengths, including the option for extended 12-hour shifts

 

What will I do every day?

  • Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
  • Assist residents with requests as needed  
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

 

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Bring a smile to work every day
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Senior Living experience a plus
  • Hotel experience a plus 
  • Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
