Position: LPN - Home Health

Position Summary

We’re seeking a licensed LPN who is compassionate, organized, and skilled in home care nursing to join our team. This role requires strong multitasking, organizational skills, and excellent customer service. At Argus Home Health Care, we value positive, energetic, client-focused professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Assist RNs with specialized procedures.
• Provide care per plan of care and agency policy.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Document each visit thoroughly.
• Teach clients appropriate self-care techniques.

Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

• Current Colorado LPN or LVN License required.
• One year nursing experience in home health preferred
• Valid Driver's License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Per Visit ($30-$40)
