Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled Specialty Ambulatory RN who brings both clinical expertise and heart to patient care. In this role, you’ll use your specialized nursing knowledge to assess patients, coordinate care, and educate patients, families, and fellow nurses—all while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care that’s safe, effective, and patient-centered

  • Assess patients holistically—physical, psychological, environmental, and functional needs included

  • Develop, implement, and adjust care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and care teams

  • Analyze patient data to determine nursing diagnoses and guide interventions

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts

  • Support and educate patients, families, and nursing colleagues using adult learning principles

  • Uphold professional nursing standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies

  • Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients of all ages

Minimum Requirements

  • BSN or equivalent combination of education and specialty RN experience

  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse license

  • Current BCLS certification

  • Two years of experience in a related nursing specialty
