Celebrate the Children is a unique school dedicated to supporting the neurodiverse community through creativity, connection, and individualized learning. We are looking for someone who can capture the heart of our mission and share it with the world.
What You’ll Do:
Create fun, engaging, and inspiring social media content that highlights student life, events, and programs
Help plan, coordinate, and promote school events, performances, and community initiatives
Capture everyday moments that showcase the creativity, growth, and joy within our school
Collaborate with staff across departments to tell authentic and meaningful stories
Identify new and exciting opportunities to expand our reach and engagement
Stay current with social media trends and marketing strategies
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
An innovative thinker who brings fresh ideas and creative energy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace
Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Enjoy event planning and being part of dynamic, live environments
Are passionate about storytelling that makes a difference

Celebrate the Children is an EEOE M/F/V/D in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.Â
A salary range is provided in accordance with New Jersey pay transparency laws. Final salary is determined using a structured salary grid, taking into account years of relevant experience and educational qualifications, and is subject to the maximum limits established by the New Jersey Department of Education and the discretion of the Board of Directors. The salary provided is for a 11-month contracted position
