Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight/sealer efficiently and securely.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any issues.
- Assist in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work additional hours if needed.
