Primary Objective:

Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001.

 

Provide support to Engineering and Production personnel in the design, testing and manufacturing of PCB Products

Major Areas of Accountability


 Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.


  1. Fabricate and assemble mechanical and electrical design prototypes for testing and validation.
  2. Develop and execute test protocols to evaluate products and processes.
  3. Design and build assembly and test fixtures.
  4. Create and maintain technical documents, drawings and Bills-of-Material.
  5. Train personnel in manufacturing processes and test procedures.
  6. Collect and disseminate test and measurement data.
  7. Perform calculations and evaluations of test data and publish test reports.
  8. Provide applications support to Sales and Customer Service for technical inquiries.
  9. Perform other related duties as required.

1+ years of technical work experience in an engineering, laboratory or manufacturing environment or formal technology internship.

Very strong technical aptitude. Proficiency with mechanical and electrical assembly, performing laboratory tests and the use of precision measurement tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, multi-meters, oscilloscopes). Strong computer skills including MS Office, 2D & 3D CAD. Familiarity with data collection and excellent verbal and written communication skills

PCB is involved in the development of technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. For the purpose of our compliance with U.S. Export Control laws, U.S. citizenship or permanent resident/green card is required

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
