Job PurposeĀ
Execute inventory cycle counting and track and monitor inventory within the warehouse. Accurately and efficiently perform data entry into the companyās enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Ā Essential FunctionsĀ
⢠Perform cycle counts following inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely executionĀ
⢠Schedule categories for cycle count inventory and maintain strict recordsĀ
⢠Work with Inventory Control Analyst to effectively manage warehouse inventoryĀ
⢠Maintain and evaluate inventory records on a quarterly basisĀ
⢠Notify management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availabilityĀ
⢠Ensure proper lot coding, accurately complete production paperwork, and perform validation checksĀ
⢠Maintain accurate records, logs, and custody of paperworkĀ
⢠Troubleshoot issues/discrepancies by performing root cause analysis; communicate across departments to resolve and prevent recurrenceĀ
⢠Coordinate with Quality Assurance to place product on holdĀ
⢠Assist with rework when neededĀ
⢠Assist in general housekeeping duties in warehouseĀ
⢠Assist other warehouse areas as needed, primarily staging and receivingĀ
⢠Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and proceduresĀ
⢠Perform other job-related duties as assignedĀ
Qualifications (Education/Experience)Ā
⢠High school diploma or equivalentĀ
⢠1+ years of experience in inventory management or related fieldĀ
⢠Forklift experience required
⢠Warehouse experience preferredĀ
⢠Strong computer skills, including Microsoft ExcelĀ
⢠Excellent math skills ⢠Good verbal and written communication skills including legible handwritingĀ
⢠Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentĀ
⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a teamĀ
⢠Ability to think quickly and handle frequent changeĀ
⢠Self-motivated, goal oriented, and quality drivenĀ
⢠Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
The hourly range for this role is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
