The Recruiter is responsible for blending traditional full‑lifecycle recruiting with modern AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, and hire top technical and corporate talent across multiple business units. You’ll own sourcing, screening, and candidate experience while, responsibly applying AI to increase speed, enhance candidate matching, and support hiring efforts across a multi-state organization.

Additional Duties: 

  • Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening and hiring applicants for non-exempt and exempt positions across the organization to meet staffing goals.

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and applicant tracking system.

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and provide status updates throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle.

  • Utilizes recruiting tools and platforms to source and identify candidates, including but not limited to, job boards, resume searches, social media, networking, referrals and job fairs. Uses AI tools to streamline research, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sourcing contacts, colleges and local organizations to find and attract applicants. Actively identifies and may participate in community activities to promote company recognition and applicant interest.

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes for current and future roles against current job descriptions. Conducts phone screening interviews and refers qualified candidates to the hiring manager. May participate in additional interviews, obtains and documents interview feedback, and completes employment reference checks for candidates. Works with the HR team to communicate and ensure smooth onboarding process.

  • Participate in cross-functional recruitment continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

  • Provides analytical and well documented reports on the status of open requisitions, hiring metrics, identifies hiring barriers and implements plans to resolve hiring barriers and fill open requisitions.

  • Use AI-assisted technologies to support research, drafting, candidate screening, and data analysis, ensuring outputs are reviewed for accuracy and compliance.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment. 
  • Experience: Working knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process. Ability to collaborate, contribute and thrive within a fast-paced team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose the systemic issues and look at holistic solutions. Strong project and process management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using AI tools to streamline research, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making 
  • Travel Requirement: As needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity in a variety of industries with multi-state locations using ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
