Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.
We Offer:Â
- Pay range of $19 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Monthly bonus program depending on production
- Pay raise following paid training completion
- Direct four-week track to Surface Repair TechnicianÂ
- No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
- Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months
- Company vehicle for daily route
Requirements
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Hiring Process
- Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants
- Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
- Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete
Duties:
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch toolÂ
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
