CFO: Full-Time Position

Job DetailsJob Location: Derby - Derby, CT 06418Salary Range: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 SalaryQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:   EDUCATION:  MBA in Finance or Accounting, or BA/BS in Finance or Accounting with 10+ yrs exp. or AA/AS with 15+ yrs appropriate exp. w/ increasing responsibility   EXPERIENCE:  5+ years experience overseeing multiple departments or disciplines, preferably in non-profit, grant-funded environment.  10+ years supervisory exp. Previous experience with Blackbaud a plus.   SPECIAL SKILLS:  Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to set up and maintain systems. Strong Excel skills, IT knowledge and automated payroll system knowledge important.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  The ability to hear conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid, the ability to see and read newsprint with or without corrective lenses, to speak and be understood under normal circumstances.   PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:  Ability to function within guidelines of Agency’s core values, identification with Agency mission, ability to build consensus and motivate employees.
