Key Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT Deliver skilled therapy interventions to enhance mobility and function Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress Assist in modifying care plans based on patient response Educate residents and families on exercises and home programs Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate, compliant documentation Qualifications Active Kansas PTA license in good standing Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized and detail-oriented Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus Confidential inquiries are welcome.
