LSI Staffing in Kansas is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team! Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented employee looking for a new position? Do you have strong computer skills? Are you organized? Do you like talking to people?
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
$18/hr PLUS Commissions with the opportunity for growth!
In this Bilingual Recruiter role, your job duties will include:
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates in person
- Visits customer sites for check in process, employee communication, etc.
- Provides exceptional customer service to employees and customers
- Administers drug screen and/or background checks on candidates as part of the onboarding process.
To qualify you must:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish!
- Communicate effectively
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professionalism
- Possess an energetic and positive work ethic
- Be reliable with a strong attendance record
- No experience needed! We will train!
