A growing, highly respected automotive repair organization is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at a new location in Southern New Hampshire/Northeastern Massachusetts.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service experience
- Build trust through clear communication, transparency, and follow-through
- Manage appointments, vehicle check-ins, estimates, and repair recommendations
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Create exceptional customer experiences that drive retention and loyalty
- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
- Help achieve sales and performance goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

What We Offer:
