Event Bartender

LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our LaBelle Lights and Event customers.

• Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks
• Greet customers
• Verifying age
• Clear knowledge on alcohol pairing and tastes
• Clear knowledge on traditional and classy drinks
• Processing payments
• Managing inventory
• Cleaning bar supplies
• Upsell items
• Create recipes
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate.
• Ability to use POS systems
• Ability to work as a team
• Lifting ice and carrying cases of liquor when needed.
• Other job duties may be assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, must be over 18 years old
• Additional education, training, certificates or experience required
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods of time
• Frequently lifting up to 25lbs with the ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend in tight areas such as behind the bar/barn/or outdoor hut.
• Ability to climb stairs
• Standing for 6-8 hours may be required.
