Responsibilities:
路聽 聽 聽 聽Staff the M&FRC front desk and greet customers
路聽 聽 聽 聽Perform TAP and customer data entry using AFFIRST and TAP ACCESS
路聽 聽 聽 聽Answer phones and route inquiries
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain Outlook appointment calendars
路聽 聽 聽 聽Prepare, proofread, and process correspondence and reports
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain records and files in accordance with Air Force records policies
路聽 聽 聽 聽Manage time and attendance data
路聽 聽 聽 聽Provide customer service and program information to Airmen and families
路聽 聽 聽 聽Follow AFIs, desk guides, and local command procedures
Requirements:
路聽 聽 聽 聽Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; ability to create elementary macros is a plus.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy with diverse military populations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Mastery of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Previous experience in clerical assignments, database management, or records maintenance.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Familiarity with Air Force (AF) terminology and organizational structure.
