• Ave No. of Surgeries:
      - Cardiac: 1
      - General: 5-7 
• No. of OR: 8
• EMR: Cerner; moving to Epic
• Trauma Level: II
• Other Info:
      - On rare occassions, the provider may need to oversee CRNAs
• Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance cover

Requirements:
• BC/BE
• Active IA license or IMLC
• TEE Certification
• DEA & CSR
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• COVID Vaccinated
• Must be available on the dates needed coverage
