What You’ll Do

Welcome and support members, ensuring every visit is a great experience
Build genuine relationships and learn about members’ financial goals
Perform account transactions and assist with digital banking tools
Basic account opening
Educate members about products and services that support their financial success
Make meaningful outreach calls to strengthen member relationships
Collaborate with a supportive branch team that celebrates shared success

What You’ll Bring

A passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems
Cash handling or banking experience is a plus (not required)
Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply
