- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call
- ACLS needed
- 160 patients per day in hospital
- Trauma/Orthopedic surgery PA, total hip, knee & shoulder replacement, trauma injuries, fracture care
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) retirement benefits offered
