Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead engineer on complex projects
- Provide high-level technical engineering design as needed
- Elevate the team’s technical expertise by mentoring/training the team
- Put together technical resources for the team and its projects
- Supervise staff (professionals and technical staff)
- Review contract with administration support
- Maintain quality control and check plans adequately
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of related experience in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of experience supervising technical personnel
- PE License
- Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
- Experience using Civil 3D
- Experience leading complex projects
