Who are we and what do we do?
Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026; this planned separation is subject to multiple conditions, including final approval of the transaction by its board of directors. It is Corteva’s current intention, should the separation occur, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation.

As a member of our global enterprise communications team, the Communications Consultant will provide day-to-day support to the Vylor brand, content and digital lead, helping advance corporate social media, website content governance, brand application and related enterprise communications priorities.

Location: Johnston, Iowa, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or Indianapolis, Indiana.

Primary Responsibilities – How will you help us Grow!

  • Own day-to-day management of Vylor’s corporate social media channels, with oversight from the brand, content and digital lead, including content development, publishing coordination, moderation and performance reporting.
  • Support execution of the corporate social media strategy established by the Brand, Content and Digital lead by translating enterprise priorities, brand moments and business updates into timely, engaging channel content.
  • Support website content management and publishing processes by keeping content current, accurate and aligned with enterprise communications priorities, brand standards and editorial guidance.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across marketing, R&D, legal, HR and other functions to gather input, confirm accuracy, route materials for review and support timely content updates.
  • Help prepare, edit, proofread and organize digital content for corporate social media, the website and other internal and external channels.
  • Support consistent brand application across Vylor’s digital ecosystem, working under the guidance of the Brand, Content and Digital lead to help ensure materials reflect Vylor standards.
  • Develop and maintain brand training materials, resources and supporting documentation under the guidance of the brand, content and digital lead.
  • Provide project support for brand and content initiatives that strengthen awareness, understanding and adoption of the Vylor brand.
  • Help maintain Vylor’s Brand Center by supporting updates, organizing resources and making brand tools and assets easier to find and use.
  • Other ad-hoc enterprise communications activities and projects.

Education and Experience - What you will bring to the table!

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Communications professional with 5 years of experience supporting communications and/or marketing efforts in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to help shape clear, accurate and engaging content across formats such as articles, web copy, videos and internal communications.
  • Effective collaborator who can work with subject matter experts and internal partners to gather input, route materials for review and help shape clear, accurate communications and website content.
  • Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment and ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize workstreams, manage timelines, track details, meet deadlines and follow through on multiple priorities with appropriate guidance.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort working with internal and external partners in review, approval and governance processes.
  • Strong proficiency in core Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning digital tools used for content, social media, brand and project coordination.
  • Ability to gather, interpret and summarize basic social and digital performance metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with digital tools such as content management systems, digital asset management platforms, social media management platforms, website publishing tools, analytics tools or project management platforms.
  • Experience supporting corporate social media channels, brand centers, brand asset libraries, website governance, digital publishing, video/storytelling projects or corporate communications initiatives.
