Job Title: Night Operations Supervisor – Commercial Kitchen Services

Location: Des Moines, IA 50313

Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 / hr + Sign-On Bonus

Job Status: Full-Time

Position Description:

We are seeking an energetic Night Operations Supervisor to oversee commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning crews. In this role, you will lead hands-on cleaning operations, manage jobsite safety, operate power washing equipment, and train field technicians.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage 2-person crews during overnight service windows (Sun–Thu).
Set up containment, operate pressure washers, and scrape kitchen exhaust hoods, fans, and ducts.
Drive company vehicles and tow utility equipment trailers safely.
Complete quality assurance checks and document finished work via digital photos.
Mentor crew members and maintain strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:

Valid Standard Driver's License with a clean MVR (No CDL Required).
1+ years of leadership or crew supervision experience.
Pressure washing, janitorial, HVAC, or trade background preferred.
Night shift availability (Sunday night through Thursday night).
Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
