Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused MRI Technologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and delivering high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced clinical environment.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures
- Prepare and position patients for MRI exams
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Administer IV contrast as needed
- Complete daily quality assurance and safety checks on MRI equipment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR records
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
- Follow HIPAA, infection control, and MRI safety guidelines
- Assist with ACR compliance and accreditation requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required
- MRI Board Certification required
- Current CRT license required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–4 years of MRI or radiology experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
