Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment at our customer locations. Provides preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and responds to emergency service calls on equipment including coolers, freezers, HVAC equipment, ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, and dish cleaning equipment. Job Responsibilities:Â Â Â
- Perform preventative maintenance of refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment Â
- Complete service calls in a timely manner, treating customers and employees with respect, courtesy and professionalism Â
- Communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and salesÂ
- Participate in normal rotation of after-hours and weekend standby dutyÂ
- Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts Â
- Maintain Service VehicleÂ
- Order Parts and Complete Required PaperworkÂ
- Attend Training SessionsÂ
- Other Duties as AssignedÂ
Â
Minimum Requirements:Â Â
- Two years of HVAC and refrigeration equipment service (or related military) experienceÂ
- Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skillsÂ
- Extremely strong customer communication skillsÂ
- 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized Â
- Completion of satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.Â
- Valid Driver's License and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.Â

- Experience with coolers, freezers, HVAC units, fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, broilers, warewash, etc.Â
- CFESA certification and Factory TrainingÂ
- Computer literacyÂ
