You’ll play a key role in keeping deliveries running efficiently while helping develop and support our driver team.
Pay: $65,000 - $70,000
Schedule:
- Monday – FridayÂ
- Start Time: 5 AMÂ

What We’re Looking For
- Class A or B CDL license preferred
- 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experienceÂ
- Strong organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisionsÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeÂ
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesÂ
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindsetÂ
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentÂ
- Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to improve processes
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the transportation team on daily operationsÂ
- Maintain and update truck maintenance records and tracking spreadsheetsÂ
- Monitor shuttle truck arrivals and departuresÂ
- Schedule pickups and coordinate transportation logisticsÂ
- Work directly with drivers on runbacks and route supportÂ
- Review and manage trip reports and transportation documentationÂ
- Assist with driver onboarding and trainingÂ
- Support hiring efforts for transportation team membersÂ
- Serve as backup support for routing operations when neededÂ
- Step into delivery routes as operational needs arise
