The Role: Why You Matter

As a Warehouse & Delivery Specialist, you are the backbone of our operations. You ensure our HVAC contractor customers get the right equipment at the right time. This isn't a "hide in the aisles" role—it’s a dynamic position supporting branch inventory, warehouse organization, and representing our brand on local customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stock inventory; operate forklifts and warehouse equipment efficiently.

  • Order Accuracy: Pull parts and equipment for customer orders and inter-branch transfers using RF scanners.

  • Inventory Integrity: Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain an organized, safe warehouse environment.

  • On the Road: Drive medium-duty box and flatbed trucks to deliver products to local job sites and customers safely and on time.

  • Process Improvement: We value your brain, not just your brawn. Help us identify better, more efficient ways to operate.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Driver Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Experience operating box or flatbed trucks is preferred.

  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

  • Skillset: Forklift operation experience and basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking; RF scanner experience is a major plus.

  • Mindset: A strong work ethic, a safety-first mentality, and a collaborative "team-first" attitude.

What We Offer

  • Work-Life Balance: Reliable 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Premium Medical, Dental, Vision, and a generous 401(k) retirement plan.

  • Paid Time Off: Generous vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.

  • Career Pathing: We prioritize cross-training to keep you challenged and moving up into inventory control or branch management roles.
