What you will do:

• Participate in a 4 -6 month training period with an opportunity for a pay increase at completion
• Manage the day to day operations of your assigned department in the warehouse
• Identify and anticipate problems, challenges and opportunities by analyzing daily data and management reports
• Deliver excellent customer service by building & maintaining relationships
• Influence change management and operational performance

• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and people skills are a must
• Must be able to work closely and well with others in a team environment
• Ability to read and match numerical and alpha characters quickly and accurately
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Basic computer skills
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
