Physical Therapist -Resource Pool Methodist Hospital
As a Physical Therapist in Methodist Hospital’s Resource Pool, you’ll have the opportunity to support a wide variety of patients and care environments while helping individuals improve mobility, restore function, manage pain, and regain independence. We have full-time and PRN opportunities available and are open to welcoming new graduates. Hours are Monday–Friday days, with some weekend and holiday rotation for full-time team members.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate individuals with medical or health-related conditions that impact movement, function, and daily activities.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
- Monitor patient response to therapeutic interventions while supporting evidence-based practices and creative service delivery.
- Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team while ensuring timely, accurate, and ethical documentation and billing.
- Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, continuous learning, process improvement, and resource management to enhance care delivery and patient experience.
Qualifications
Education:Â
Graduated from an accredited program in respective field.
Â
Experience:
Experience in specialty area preferred.
Â
License(s)/Certification(s):
Current Iowa license as a PT. Current BLS (CPR).
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
