About The Position

Job Title: Gastroenterologist Opportunity in Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour pager call coverage with call back
• Perform ERCP (required), with EUS preferred
• Complete 3-4 outpatient procedures per day, plus inpatient procedures and consults
• Work within Cerner EMR system
• Adult-only patient population
• Hospital-based coverage

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of residency
• Active Iowa license (not IMLC)
• ACLS certification
• ERCP certification (required); EUS highly preferred
• Ability to work inpatient
• Clean malpractice and background for quick privileges
