Location: Near Morton Grove, IL
Pay Rate: Starting at $55/hour
Shift: Monday Friday | 7:20 AM 2:35 PM
Description:
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to provide coverage for a long-term leave assignment near Morton Grove, IL from March through June 5. This position offers the opportunity to work with elementary school students in a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Position Details:
Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students
Manage a caseload of approximately 4250 students
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
Maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
7:20 AM 2:35 PM
No evenings or weekends
Compensation:
Starting at $55 per hour (competitive and based on experience)
Requirements:
Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
School-based experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage a full caseload effectively
