Job Description:
Were seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a long-term leave assignment in Des Plaines, IL. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on students communication development in a supportive school setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct speech and language evaluations and write assessment reports
Collect and analyze data to track student progress on IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, IEP teams, parents, and school staff
Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
Qualifications:
Must hold a Professional Educator License (PEL) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
Experience working in school settings is preferred
