About the Role:

Perfect Coat Painting Corp is looking for a skilled Sprayer to join our growing team in Desert Hot Springs, CA! This is a hands-on role for a painting professional who takes pride in delivering flawless finishes and quality results on every project.

Responsibilities:

Operate airless and conventional spray equipment to apply paint, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming prior to application
Mix and thin paints and coatings to proper consistency for spray application
Inspect finished work to ensure smooth, even coverage and professional-quality results
Maintain and clean spray equipment, guns, and tools after each use
Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE, ventilation, and handling of hazardous materials
Collaborate with crew leads and other painters to meet project timelines

Requirements:

Previous experience as a sprayer or professional painter required
Proficiency with airless spray systems and related equipment
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating materials
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including desert heat
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license preferred
