Forklift Operator – Archbold/Toledo, OH
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators to support operations at both our Archbold and Toledo locations. Candidates must be open to traveling between the two sites (approximately a one-hour drive). This role involves handling large, heavy, and fragile solar panels, so strong forklift skills and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials
Handle solar panels with extreme care to prevent damage
Support daily operations at both job sites as assigned
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
Perform additional warehouse or material-handling duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior forklift operating experience required
Must be comfortable and confident operating a forklift throughout the shift
Ability to travel between Archbold and Toledo job sites when needed
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
