Job DetailsJob Location: Deshler NE Facility Corporate Headquarters - Deshler, NE 68340The Quality Assurance Coordinator performs a variety of duties  within the Quality Assurance department in specific areas i.e. maintenance and update of the Quality manual; monitoring the effectiveness of the overall quality system through metric reporting; monitoring the resolution of corrective action resulting from audits and nonconformities; the training  of employees; coordinating and documenting activities concerned with customer complaints; participating in the development and documentation of processes and procedures; and general quality related auditing as required.  Will maintain and update the Quality Manual and other documents specifically required by ISO 9001-2008 & communicate those updates with the organization.  Monitors the effectiveness of the quality system through regular reporting of internal and external quality metrics. Ensures that all employees are trained in the Quality System.  Must be able to effectively plan, develop, communicate and execute an audit within a defined scope, including resources scheduling, conducting necessary meetings in performance of the audit and using appropriate auditing techniques.  Must also be able to verify, document and communicate audit results; develop audit reports and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective action/follow-up.  Will perform regular internal audits for the ReinCoat galvanizing plant and Reinke Manufacturing operations departments.  Also manages the ReinCoat and Reinke Manufacturing document control systems.  Develops and documents processes and procedures to ensure conformance to quality standards.  Monitors the resolution of corrective actions resulting from audits & nonconformities and reports status accordingly.  Coordinates and documents activities concerning customer complaints and related corrective/preventative actions.  Initiates and coordinates the various quality and process improvement projects (including corrective and preventative action). QualificationsRequires the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manor, both written and verbally.  Must be able to adjust to priorities and manage time to accomplish objectives/goals.  Associate’s degree from two year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
