Position Purpose

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, clerical, and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of assigned departments or business units. This role supports leadership and teams through coordination of schedules, documentation, communication, and reporting while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to department leadership and team members.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain department files, records, and documentation in accordance with company and legal requirements.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and personnel documentation as assigned.
  • Track and manage supplies, invoices, purchase orders, and expense documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic analysis to support operational and business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, stores, vendors, and external partners.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items, deadlines, and requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Support special projects, audits, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required by leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience required.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with standard office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and internet applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Travel Requirements
  • Minimal travel required; may vary by role and business needs.
Physical Environment
  • Work is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
  • Regular use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.

Pay Transparency:


Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).  Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans. *For roles in Washington State: Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
