Domino's Team BAM! is looking for a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run our store efficiently, take care of our customers, and support our team members!

Job Description

Responsibilities:
ā— Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
ā— Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
ā— Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
ā— Provide Best in Class Customer Service
ā— Increase Sales and Profit Potential

Qualifications

ā— Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
ā— Customer Service experience (required)
ā— Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
ā— Valid driver's license (required)
ā— High School education or equivalent
ā— Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
ā— Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
ā— Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
ā— Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
ā— Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
ā— Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
