Drivers can earn up to $0.55 per mile with an annual salary ranging from $75K to $85K for solo drivers, and up to $0.80 per mile with annual earnings averaging between $185K to $200K for team drivers.
Solo drivers are home weekly, while teams are home every other week, with consistent freight and a minimum haul length of 1600 miles one way.
New hires can expect a sign-on bonus of $2,500 for solo drivers and $5,000 for teams, along with additional transition pay and various benefits after 30 days of employment.
Candidates should have prior experience and will enjoy top-of-the-line equipment, including 2017 and newer tractors, with a focus on keeping drivers moving and satisfied.
