Reports To: Project Coordinator

Department: Hard Surface Restoration

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Location: Detroit, Michigan

Healthcare: Provided by Company

401K: Available to all eligible employees

Hourly Pay: Negotiable, experience based

90-day Benchmark Bonus: Available to new hires, details will be given at initial interview

Job Summary: 

We are looking for CDL-A Laborers to join our team! As a laborer, you would be responsible for transporting equipment and products to and from job sites, as well as assisting the foreman and team with general laborer tasks. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Preparing, loading, transporting, and unloading of products to and from job sites; following all DOT requirements and regulations
• Assist the foreman and team with restoration of asphalt and concrete
• Manual labor of forming, pouring, finishing, and stripping of concrete
• Operate hand-tools or power tools as needed
• Assist crew members with other tasks as needed
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

• Three years of experience preferred, but not required
• Valid CDL-A License 
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
• Ability to be a team player
• Willing to work overtime and weekends, and work in all weather conditions
