As Executive Creative Director, you will lead OneMagnify’s Creative Intelligence & Experience teams, across design, performance creative, motion, creative operations, and applied AI. You will help define how creative intelligence shows up in-market for our clients - through brand expression, experience development, and measurable performance. In doing so, you’ll strengthen our creative craft, evolve the human+AI workflows that fuel our work, and help win and deliver transformative experience programs. What You’ll Do

  • Build cohesive brand and experience narratives that unify AI-enabled capabilities across digital, platform, content, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Strengthen our AI‑enabled creative model. Advance workflows that blend human creativity with AI‑supported systems, improving craft quality, delivery speed, and consistency, while ensuring enterprise-grade execution and operational excellence across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Champion outstanding creative work. Foster a culture grounded in clarity, originality, and continuous improvement. Set creative rituals and standards that elevate the work.
  • Lead AI integration and AgentOps. Build, deploy, and manage AI Agents across concepting, design, content, and production, ensuring safety, quality, and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate on winning new business. Partner closely with Growth, Strategic Account, Digital Experience, and Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence teams to build enterprise opportunities, develop proposals, and win coordinated brand and experience engagements.
  • Guide executive‑level conversations, including board-level, C-suite, and client leadership presentations, aligning creative vision with business priorities.
  • Orchestrate internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors to deliver coordinated, high-impact programs and storytelling at scale.
  • Measure creative performance. Link creative and experience outputs to key outcomes, including engagement, pipeline contribution, conversion, and customer journey impact.
  • Develop a high‑performing team. Mentor team members, build career pathways, and support ongoing learning across both creative craft and AI proficiency.
  • Partner across fields. Work closely with Experience Orchestration, DAAI, Performance Media and DX to deliver cohesive programs—such as DCO, AI-driven personalization, and intelligent content ecosystems.
  • Uphold responsible AI standards. Implement governance for IP protection, safety, model evaluation, and data stewardship in creative workflows.

About You

  • You’re passionate about B2B. You value the scale, purpose, and impact of brands that drive mobility, infrastructure, manufacturing, and essential industries.
  • Experienced creative leader. 10+ years guiding multidisciplinary creative or experience teams within B2B digital marketing or experience development.
  • AI‑enabled operator. Hands‑on experience leading the integration of generative AI into creative and content workflows, balancing innovation, governance, and business impact.
  • New business hunter. Demonstrated success pitching, winning, and growing new client relationships while building positive relationships.
  • Collaborative partner. Skilled at working with cross‑functional teams to build and win coordinated experience programs.

What You’ll Need

  • 10–15+ years in creative or experience management positions
  • Demonstrated experience with generative AI in production since 2022
  • Proven success leading enterprise‑scale B2B programs
  • Experience operating within complex, matrixed client and agency ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead coordinated brand, digital, and experience programs across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including presentation, persuasion, and narrative framing
  • Operational management skills (resourcing, forecasting, delivery quality, margin awareness)
  • BFA or equivalent experience
