TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Regional Site Manager position to support the Metro Detroit area.

Overall Purpose

Optimizing operational performance for all sites within a specified region

Ensuring client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively

Organizing & coordinating teams in the region to fulfill jobs/missions, managing teams and ensuring good social climate at the sites

Prepare sites and teams for Technical resource requirements

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS

Responsibilities

Client relationship & Business development

  • Being the TRIGO face within region, assist all sites in region to guarantee client satisfaction and building a solid relationship. (incl. support to claim management)
  • Ensuring clear and transparent communication to all clients in region.
  • Developing business with existing clients in region on farming, and up selling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and/or negotiation)
  • Providing regional information on new client opportunities to Sales teams, and providing them insight for the quotations
  • Monitoring competition (services, prices...) at regional level
  • Assist in contributing to and/or making proper quotations within region.

Operations

  • Monitor the regions financials to ensure progress toward set organizational goals
  • Monitor regions contracts/missions for proper documentation/information
  • Making sure operational management tools, and monitoring tools are up-to-date, with accurate information
  • Ensuring compliance with established KPI for each site within region.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement to optimize services provided within region.
  • Visit/contact all sites on a regular basis
  • Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
  • Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies

Organization & management

  • Monitor overall service provided within region and all sites daily
  • Ensuring staff availability and qualifications to perform the missions within region
  • Assist in developing and retaining teams within region
  • Working with recruiting at regional level to maintain levels at all sites considering turnover and new business

Technical

  • Analyzing technical requirements within the region (existing or upcoming)
  • Assist in pulling technical resources when needed to anticipate and address client needs
  • Supporting development of technical expertise at regional level
