Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging agriculture-focused lesson plans for children.
- Facilitate outdoor activities that promote exploration and appreciation of nature.
- Supervise and mentor children during hands-on gardening and farming projects.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss children's progress and interests in agriculture.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children in your care.
- Integrate nutrition education into daily activities to promote healthy eating habits.
- Participate in community outreach programs to enhance the local agricultural awareness.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and agriculture integration.
Requirements:
- Passion for early childhood education and a love for agriculture.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage children effectively.
- Knowledge of gardening, farming, or sustainability practices is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Background check clearance required for working with children.
